myInvoice 
Description: A free php/mysql program for invoicing clients, so they can view/download invoices. The system allows an administrator to enter the client details and invoices. Each client must be given a username and password to log in to view their invoices, and the administrator can view the full database by client, date, amount etc. There is an optional email notification system, and full instructions included.
